How LifeDesk collects, uses, and protects your information

The short version: LifeDesk collects your email address when you join our waitlist. We use it to send you updates about our launch and your founding member status. We never sell your data. We only use it — with your permission — to help surface better options for you. You can unsubscribe at any time.

1. Who we are

LifeDesk ("we," "us," or "our") is a consumer software application currently in development, operated by LifeDesk and its parent entity based in Houston, Texas. Our website is located at lifedesk.life and our contact email is hello@lifedesk.life.

LifeDesk is currently in pre-launch stage. We operate a waitlist at lifedesk.life where individuals may sign up to receive updates and early access when the app launches.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Our data promise: Your data is never sold to third parties. It is only used — with your explicit permission — to help surface better options for you when the app launches. Any use of your data for personalized recommendations inside the app will require your consent at the time of account creation.

4. Affiliate recommendations & commissions

When LifeDesk launches, the app will surface relevant recommendations — such as insurance quotes, home service providers, credit card offers, loan options, and other financial products — based on information you provide in your account.

LifeDesk may earn a commission or referral fee when you click on or act upon these recommendations. This does not affect the price you pay for any product or service. We only surface recommendations we believe are genuinely relevant and beneficial to you.

We retain your email address and any communications for as long as you remain subscribed to our waitlist or until you request deletion. If you unsubscribe, your email address will be removed from our active mailing list within 10 business days. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@lifedesk.life.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our website and future app may contain links to third-party websites, services, or partner offers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our product develops and launches. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
